Overview

Source Reporter provides an extended view of Visual SourceSafe (VSS) databases generating useful information which can be used to create all type of custom reports. Data can be easily exported to comma-delimited files, which are readable by most database and spreadsheet applications, such as SQL Server, MS Excel, MS Access, etc.

Features

· Databases can be created, saved as XML, and retrieved from XML.

· Data can be sorted by any column

· Includes all information from any VSS database

· Requires Admin password to retrieve user rights table

· Includes historical information for each item such as file size, number of lines, blank lines, action, etc

· Select VSS project of your choice from a tree view VSS-like menu

· VSS connection parameters are saved

· Generate all type of custom reports by exporting tables to the spreadsheet or database system of your choice
